Woodturners Reception

Art of Paper Reception

  See innovating and thought-provoking art at the Maryland Federation of Art’s 36th annual Art of Paper Exhibition. Ward Virts Concert • free

Soprano Marian Murphy Powell and Gail Levinsky and musician Stephen Johnson performs to honor pianist Ward Virts, who was so beloved that his friends endowed the Ward Virts Piano Project to inspire new audiences with concerts performed on a world-class handcrafted Boesendorfer Grand Piano. Nature Happens at Quiet Waters

  Learn about Quiet Water Park wildlife and see local photographers portraits of the Bay and its creatures. Meet the photographers at today’s reception (2-4pm). Showing thru May 11. Walk for the Animals
