Read, Then Vote

Dear Bay Weekly:

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Bay Weekly for its excellent primary election issue. Nowhere else can a voter find such a comprehensive, unbiased guide to the local candidates.

This election, I made a point to save all the campaign literature that arrived at my door and in my mailbox. Now that the election approaches, I have a pile six inches thick. I have to take to screening my calls every evening due to campaign calls. I am sure many voters feel as I do and just want to get it over with.

In finally sitting down with my accumulated heap of mail, the Bay Weekly primary guide was indispensable in sorting through the candidates. And not only for the various candidates’ responses. What was even more telling was some candidates’ lack of any response to Bay Weekly’s request for information.

Thank you again for such an excellent issue. I look forward to next week’s general election guide. This voter wouldn’t think of making my final decision’s without reading Bay Weekly, and I encourage others to do the same.

Bay Weekly did its job, so everybody get out and do your job: Vote!
