Parker Quartet Concert at St. John's College

USNA Band Chamber Music Performance

USNA Band's Annual "Holiday by the Bay" Concert

Event Date:  December 16, 2015 - 7:30pm - 9:00pm Join the Naval Academy Band for a favorite Annapolis tradition: Holiday by the Bay. The concert will take place on Wednesday, December 16 at 7:30 p.m. on the grounds of the Naval Academy at the Main Chapel. The United States Naval Academy Band, “The Navy’s Oldest and Finest,” has been providing music for the Brigade of Midshipmen and surrounding community since 1852. Located at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, this premier military band offers world-class ensembles which perform a variety of musical styles, ranging from classical to contemporary.

USNA Band Wind Quintet Recital

Event Date:  November 12, 2015 - 6:15pm - 7:15pm The United States Naval Academy Band Wind Quintet will perform at St. Anne’s Church in Annapolis, MD on Thursday, November 12 at 6:15 p.m. Established in 1959, the Wind Quintet quickly evolved into a musical unit that is in demand for entertainment as well as for educational events. The quintet is a vital part of the Naval Academy Band, performing for receptions hosted by the Superintendent, as well as openings and exhibitions at the Naval Academy Museum.

USNA Band's Clarinet Quartet

Event Date:  November 1, 2015 - 3:00pm - 4:00pm The Naval Academy Band will present a program of clarinet music on Sunday, November 1 at 3:00 p.m. at Christ Our Anchor Presbyterian Church in Annapolis, MD. The Clarinet Quartet is made up of members of the USNA Band clarinet section, and performs traditional and contemporary clarinet quartet literature. The group utilizes all of the instruments from the clarinet family, including E-flat Soprano Clarinet, B-flat Clarinet, Basset Horn, E-flat Alto Clarinet, and B-flat Bass Clarinet. The Clarinet Quartet is led by Chief Musician Sheila Cullen.
