Annapolis Electric Vehicle Showcase

Event Date:  September 14, 2019 - 11:00am - 5:00pm Plug-in vehicle drivers and enthusiasts will share the drive electric experience with Annapolis area residents and visitors during the Seventh Annual Annapolis Electric Vehicle Showcase organized by Annapolis Green on September 14 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Susan C. Campbell Park at Annapolis City Dock. See dozens of all-electric and plug-in hybrid-electric cars and other vehicles and learn about the clean-air benefits and cost-savings of electric cars and how zero-emissions help to ameliorate climate change. Town Hall Discussion: Climate Change and Our Food Supply

Event Date:  July 16, 2019 - 5:30pm - 8:30pm Annapolis Green and presenting sponsor Hannon Armstrong will invite the public to the second in a year-long series of talks on Climate Change at the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center in Edgewater on Tuesday, July 16, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The program, entitled “Tread Lightly on the Earth,” will feature a panel of experts who will address how the local food supply may be affected in the face of a rapidly changing planet.
