Beneficial Bats: The Truths and Myths.

Event Date:  November 10, 2018 - 3:00pm - 4:00pm Meet at Osprey Pavilion at East Beach Area – Join us for a presentation on the truths and myths surrounding bats. Learn the benefits of bats and how you can attract and protect them. Depending on the weather, we may even listen to some bats as they hunt for food in the park. Dress for the weather as the program will be outdoors. No charge for program, entrance fee of $3/car if driving into park. Back to School Bash

"Sundae" Sunday at Capt. Avery Museum

In addition to meeting and petting these adoptable animals, kids and adults can play lawn games, grab a canvas for sketching in the garden, play in the misting tent, and indulge in an ice cream sundae. 1-4 pm.
