FREE Tea & Tai Chi Class “Get Rid of Doggone Stress!”

Event Date:  February 27, 2018 - 7:00pm - 8:30pm It’s the “Year of the Dog,” so it seems appropriate to talk about how tai chi can help with stress that continues to “dog you.” Not only will you learn how tai chi helps reduce stress, we will cover other benefits: joint health, flexibility and strength; balance and fall prevention; improved blood pressure, and help with conditions such as Parkinson’s and fibromyalgia; and more. There will be a discussion and then you will have the opportunity to practice basic movements. We will also cover using breathwork, still meditation, and moving meditation.
