Community Preservation and Development Corporation (CPDC), located at Wiley H. Bates Residences in Annapolis, is seeking a part-time 30 hrs/week “Seniors” Resident Services Manager to develop, implement and coordinate programming for older adults in the independent living community.  The manager works with program partners to ensure innovative education, recreation, and wellness programs that facilitate aging in place for CPDC senior residents. Applicant must have experience working with older adult populations and extensive experience in applying community organizing principles. Applicant must be able to demonstrate principles used in gerontology, social services, & recreation.
