Guided Retreat on Basic Meditations for a Happy Life
These meditations are the building blocks of a method taught by Buddha for eliminating unhappiness in our mind and increasing our capacity for love and compassion. As we become familiar with these meditation our mind becomes stronger and experiences longer and longer periods of peace and happiness. The meditations are organized in a sequence so that as we gain more understanding of the first one, it helps us to gain more understanding of the next one. If we keep meditating on these and putting them into practice, eventually we can attain freedom from suffering and the lasting peace of a completely pure mind.
