Only Lonesome bluegrass concert in Galesville
Only Lonesome will perform at the Galesville Memorial Hall on Saturday, March 15, from 8 – 10 p.m. Described as “Five guys, one microphone, and two hours of hard driving, lonesome bluegrass music,” featuring “a night of desperation, cheating, heartbreak, and murder,” the band is built around the huge vocal trio harmonies of John Seebach (mandolin), Stefan Custodi (bass), and Neel Brown (guitar), with Sam Guthridge on banjo and Tom Lyons on fiddle rounding out the lineup to the full classic bluegrass quintet. Refreshments, wine and beer will be available for sale. Proceeds benefit the West River Improvement Association and the West and Rhode Riverkeeper.
