Tai Chi/Qigong for Health & Wellness Session
This early-morning class covers basic tai chi and qigong exercises and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise that promotes joint health, improves flexibility, strength, stamina, balance & helps prevent falls; helps with arthritis, blood pressure, diabetes & chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia; and more.
Class is taught by experienced instructor, Shifu Billy Greer. Wear loose, comfortable clothes suitable for movement.
