Critically acclaimed Sivan Arbel, an Israeli vocalist, composer, arranger, and a popular talent on the international jazz scene will perform free via zoom. She will also show her new video project “Change,” which will be followed by questions and answers.
She received rave reviews for her previous appearance in Annapolis in January 2019.
