Join us for Jing Ying’s full-of-fun-for-everyone annual Halloween Party & Costume Parade. If you want to be in the parade, please show up at 3:00pm to participate. The event is totally free; but if you bring cans, bags or boxes of food for our local food pantry, you’ll get extra tickets for our raffle auction!
