Smithsonian Magazine’s Museum Day at Piney Point Lighthouse Museum

Piney Point Lighthouse Museum will open its doors free of charge to all Museum Day ticket-holders on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. as part of Smithsonian Magazine’s annual Museum Day.
Museum Day is a national celebration of boundless curiosity in which participating museums emulate the free admission policy at the Smithsonian Institution’s Washington D.C.-based museums. The event presents a nationwide commitment to access, equity and inclusion.
Museum Day tickets will be available for download at https://www.smithsonianmag.com/museumday/museum-day-2022/
Visitors who present a Museum Day ticket will gain free entrance for two at the museum on Saturday, September 17, 2022 ONLY. One ticket is permitted per email address and tickets may only be used at one location. Additional guests not included in the Museum Day ticketing will be charged regular admission rates.
