Tai Chi/Qigong Session

Tired of achy joints and losing your balance? Want to boost your immune function and reduce inflammation? Tai Chi can improve these and reduce stress, increase energy, better your sleep, and enhance your quality of life.
Join Jing Ying Institute on Wednesday, November 9 (10:30-11:30am) for the start of a 8-week session of tai chi classes at the Severna Park Community Center.
**If you decide not to continue the session, there is no cost for this first class.** If you decide to join us for the session, then you will pay the session price.
The class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Wear clothes appropriate for movement, such as athletic pants and a t-shirt.
