DESCRIPTION:The Muddy Creek Artists Guild (MCAG) is pleased to announce a new exhibition in partnership with the Friends of Quiet Waters opening this July. \nFeaturing original works by 21 artists from the Muddy Creek Artists Guild across a variety of media\, SOUTHERN EXPOSURE opens Monday\, July 7th in the Willow Gallery at Quiet Waters Park. The show is open and free to the public to enjoy. Quiet Waters Park is located at 600 Quiet Waters Park Road\, Annapolis\, MD 21403. The Gallery is open weekdays 9am–4pm and weekends 10a–4p. (Please note that the park is closed on Tuesdays and that the park charges a daily vehicle entry fee\nof $6.00 per car except for opening receptions). The show will run through August 22\, 2021 and features an outdoor Artist Meet-and-Greet on Sunday\, July 11\, at 2pm. \nPrimarily focused in the communities south of the South River\, MCAG is fortunate to have this opportunity to spread its reach and have their work engage with a new audience at Quiet Waters. “We are honored to be the first in-person art show at this lovely venue! Quiet Waters is a gem of a show space and a rare opportunity for Muddy Creek Artists Guild to exhibit outside of our usual area\,” reflects MCAG President Lora Moran-Collins. \nSOUTHERN EXPOSURE features work by: Ruth Bailey\, David Brault\, Sheryl Carbone\, Patricia M. DESCRIPTION:The Rotary Club of Annapolis is celebrating its Centennial this year 1921-2021 – 100 years of serving the community. The Club is made of 142 individuals participating in numerous projects to benefit residents locally and around the world. The Club has three groups that meet at different times for the convenience of its members. The Lunch Group meets Thursdays at noon at Annapolis Yacht Club. The Breakfast Group meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 8:00am at Eggcellence on Housely Road\, and the Happy Hour Group meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm at Gordon Biersch Brewery in Parole.
