DESCRIPTION:Artworks@7th Gallery located in North Beach MD will present the theme Trees in celebration of the rich natural environment of Southern Maryland. The Trees Show is a collaboration between acrylic artists Mike Smawley and Maria Birnkammer. In support of their love of the natural world around them\, Mike and Maria have partnered with the American Chestnut Land Trust (ACLT) to share a portion of their profits. Please check out the ACLT at www.acltweb.org. \nOur Guest artist this month is Diane Preus. Painting has always been a source of creativity and enjoyment for her.  Upon retirement\, the study of the watercolor medium became the major focus of her art for several years. \nAn opening reception is planned for May 6 1-4 PM. Light refreshments will be served. Our summer hours are Thursday – Sunday\, 11 AM – 6 PM
