DESCRIPTION:The museum offers 2-hour public sails aboard the historic vessel Dee of St. Mary’s. This is a great way to experience the Patuxent River aboard an iconic Chesapeake Bay Skipjack. The Dee of St. Mary’s is a sailing skipjack used in the museum’s Chesapeake Bay Field Lab programs. All sails depart from the CMM dock\, weather permitting. DESCRIPTION:The museum offers 2-hour public sails aboard the historic vessel Dee of St. Mary’s. This is a great way to experience the Patuxent River aboard an iconic Chesapeake Bay Skipjack. The Dee of St. Mary’s is a sailing skipjack used in the museum’s Chesapeake Bay Field Lab programs. All sails depart from the CMM dock\, weather permitting. Advance reservations are required by noon the Friday prior to the sail. On the day of your scheduled sail\, please arrive 20 minutes early.
