Annapolis Film Festival Red Carpet Party

  As the stars walk down the Oscar’s red carpet, you can walk down the Annapolis Film Festival’s red carpet. Dress in designer outfits and tuxes for the Film Festival’s inaugural to watch the Oscars and enjoy an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, a live auction, a few surprises and first sales of tickets for the Festival (March 21-24). Washington Chinese Orchestra

  Duke Tang conducts the Washington Chinese Traditional Orchestra, composed of Chinese Americans promoting communications between Chinese communities and mainstream America.
