Soup & Science: Blue Catfish

Enjoy a variety of hearty homemade soups and fresh bread with fellow nature lovers. Over dessert guest speaker Matthew Ogburn of the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center presents his research on Blue Catfish, aliens recently found in the Patuxent River that threaten ecosystems because of their increasing populations, rapid range expansion and capacity to consume large amounts of native species.
