Groovy 60’s Melodies

The Chesapeake Choral Arts Society, directed by Leroy Pressley, presents our summer 2023 concert “Groovy 60’s Melodies” on Saturday, June 3 at 7:30pm, and Sunday, June 4 at 3:30 pm. The concerts will be held at St Joseph Catholic Parish Center, 4590 St Joseph’s Way, Pomfret, MD. Tickets are available online at www.ChesapeakeChoral.com, or by calling 301-642-0594. Tickets will also be available at the door. Ticket prices are $15 for adults, and $12 for seniors (60+), Military (with ID), and Students (through high school).
Who remembers the 60s? Did you grow up then? Do you wish that you grew up then? Let us bring back your memories (or what you think you remember!) with “fab” music that will include the Fab Four (the Beatles, for those of us too young to know), Sonny and Cher, and a lot of Motown favorites. You can’t tell us that you never sang along to ‘The Lion Sleeps Tonight’ or ‘My Girl’! You will leave feeling rejuvenated and just plain happy as you ‘Let the Sun Shine In’. A great time for all ages!
