Cuisine of Paraguay

Paraguayan chef María Eugenia Aquino Fontana will be giving a lecture on the cuisine of Paraguay. She is the author of, “Tembi´ú Paraguai” (Paraguayan food in the Guarani Language), the best-selling book on the traditional dishes of Paraguay, founder of JJ Superpan Bakery and chef advisor for Nutrihuevos and Frigorifico Neuland. She also serves a Chef Juror for the Masterchef Paraguay in its four seasons
