FREE Tai Chi Class

FREETired of achy joints and losing your balance? Want to boost your immune function and reduce inflammation? Improve these and reduce stress, gain more energy, better your sleep, lose weight, and enhance your quality of life.
You will learn basic tai chi movements in this class. Wear clothes suitable for movement, such as athletic pants and a t-shirt.
Taught by experienced instructor, Shifu Billy Greer, the owner of Jing Ying Institute of Kung Fu & Tai Chi.
Location of free class: Severna Park Community Center.
