Free Tai Chi for Health Class

Tired of achy joints and losing your balance? Want to boost your immune function and reduce inflammation? Tai Chi can improve these and reduce stress, increase energy, better your sleep, and enhance your quality of life.
A new session of Tai Chi/Qigong at the Severna Park Community Center starts this Wednesday, June 28, and is appropriate for beginners.
If you are new and would like to try the class out first, go to http://bit.ly/TCSPCC for instructions to register for free. If you decide to continue, you can pay for the session. If not, there is no fee for the first class.
