Minfulness Meditation Presented by Monica Jordan

We will start 2023 with a workshop on how to calm our mind when we experience intrusive thoughts that catapult us into bouts of anxiety and fear. We will explore how to use the ancient practice of mindfulness, cutting-edge neuroscience, and interpersonal biology to navigate our emotional world. If you would like to be able to balance your emotions and to be more present for yourself and others in your life, then this workshop is for you.
