Experience an evening of relaxation, conversation, and hot farm to table herbal tea! We will begin with guided breathing and be lulled into a meditative state by the soothing sounds of the sun gong and Tibetan singing bowls. Enjoy a nap or meditation as the cosmic sounds flow over you.
Afterwards we will sip herbal tea from Honey’s Harvest Farm, learn about the regenerative ag practices we use on the farm, and enjoy a shot of elderberry syrup, all supporting restful and regenerative sleep.
