Strength & Cardio Fitness Class

$20.00Join us at the Studio at Honey’s Farmhouse Retreat for this interval based, total body cardio and strength workout with Rachel Brinlee.
This class combines full body strength training with cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, and clear your mind. Rachel offers low intensity modifications for each exercise and encourages participants to listen to their bodies and take breaks as necessary.
What to Expect:
~ Brief introduction
~ Warmup and stretch
~ Four quarters of exercise (4 exercises in each quarter, each exercise repeated 3 times; 30 seconds of activity, 10 seconds of rest. All exercises in a quarter will be introduced at the beginning of that quarter)
~ Cool down and stretch
What to Bring:
~ Yoga mat
~ Sneakers
~ Exercise clothes
~ Water bottle
~ Towel
~ Open mind!
Note: We will be getting up and down a lot in this class, so it is not a good option for those with health conditions that severely limit mobility.
Rachel Brinlee is an Ace Certified Group Fitness Instructor and 200 Hour Yoga Teacher who has been in the fitness industry since 2018. She is passionate about sharing exercise with others because of its benefits to the mind and body.
