Don your superhero costume and join the 5th annual Shatter the Stigma 5K (8:30am), then head to the wellness fair for free health screenings, educational info, fitness sessions and more. 10am-2pm, Kellam’s Field, Chesapeake Beach: chesapeakebeachmd.gov.
